2. Services

All styling services are outlined clearly on the website. Any bespoke services or add-ons will be discussed in advance and quoted accordingly. All sessions are subject to availability and may be held in person or virtually, depending on the service type.

3. Payments

A quotation will be provided upon enquiry. Payments are due in full prior to confirmed bookings. Invoices are sent via email, and secure payment methods are used (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer).

For services that span multiple sessions (e.g. complete styling packages), payment details will be outlined at time of booking.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be non-refundable, depending on the time allocated and preparation involved.

If for any reason I need to reschedule, I’ll be in touch as early as possible with alternative options.

6. Style Disclaimer

All styling advice is based on professional knowledge, experience, and current market availability. However, final purchasing decisions are at the client’s discretion, and Shaun Gordon Style is not responsible for supplier delays, stock issues, or unsuitability of purchased items after consultation.

7. Image Use (if applicable)

If photo/video content is created during a session, I will always request permission before sharing anything for promotional purposes. You’re welcome to decline — your privacy is always respected.
